FAQ /Policies

Orders processed here can take up to 14 working days. We strive to provide excellent quality so some items will be shipped to us first so we can check standards before posting to you. 

Please allow the full 14 working days for UK orders before contacting in regards to late deliveries, after this time, let us know and we will chase it up, sometimes, situations can arise that can delay orders, we will let all our reps know if any delays are in place. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use a sign for service with Royal Mail and Hermes. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time we cannot offer cancellation as the order will be being processed. In this instance you will have to follow the return policy when you receive item.  We also cannot cancel if handmade or personalised.

Can I return my product?

We aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. You must email us before returning the item and buyer is responsible for the return postage. 

If return is due to our own error, postage will be reimbursed to customer according to our own price bracket. 

We do not accept returns on personalised, handmade, electrical or sale items.

Can I get my product personalised?

We have a supplier who provides us with a very wide range of items that can be personalised. You can find all these in the Personalised category in the store, items from cups, to candles, to teddies and a lot more besides.

Can I sign up to your newsletter?

Yes! Just enter your email into the subscription box and you’ll be added to our list. You’ll be sent updates, exclusive offers, and much more.

Can I become an affiliate?

Of course! If you go to join the team on the store, it is free to join us. In the notes you must name the rep who brought you to the store, if a rep didn't  direct you to us just pop a note with your order and we will place you with an upline who will help you to get set up and be your support too.
